Tourism and Talent Development for social and economic empowerment (TDSE)

APD supports talented children and youth with disabilities to use their talents to the maximum of their abilities, attain their dreams and enjoy their rights, quality of life and social well-being.
Talents and potentials of Persons with Disabilities (PWD) are not much utilized by themselves and the community believing that they are inability to participate in Sports, Drama, Music or Dance, as a result they lack opportunities to practice, utilize or show them to the communities to help PWD secure employment and income for their living. As such they become poor despite of the talents and potentials they possess.
Tourism and Talent Development for social and economic empowerment (TDSE) project, promotes talents and recreation for PWD through Sports, Drama, Music and Dance as tools with full potentials to change peoples’ attitudes towards PWD and also PWD to think and feel positively about themselves, leading to foster employment, inclusion and well-being for PWD.

TDSE project comprises of 5 working components to achieve its goal
