<h3>Teachers' Conference</h3>
APD supports Specialist Teachers in Tanzania to discuss, share and gain new knowledge on inclusion and methods in providing education to students with disabilities, help parents and other teachers to solve challenges that face their work and children in everyday practices.
APD organizes Conferences for Specialist Teachers in Tanzania in Partnership with dedicated individuals, Governments, Profit and non Profit making organizations, from within and outside Tanzania.
Two conferences in Mwanza with 29 participants in 2021 and 23 in 2022; including specialist teachers from Tanzania and Sweden together with special education administrators and the Special Education Director from the President’s Office, Regional Administration and Local Government.
Through this project teachers share professional experiences and gain new knowledge on inclusion and methodologies in teaching students with disabilities, help parents and other teachers to solve challenges that face their work and children in everyday practices.
